When hosting a group of visitors that won't in the car, we usually book a van for out-of-town day trips.We planned to bring our visitors to the historical city of Ayutthaya and the floating market in Damnoen Saduak on consecutive days. I found Bangkok Beyond on a google lookup and I found it the easiest to book a van. Everything was online through facebook messenger, and very straight forward.

The daily price was higher than I've experienced in the past, but I found it well worth it. The van was comfortable, it had wifi and the driver was very knowledgeable of where we were going. In addition, fuel was already covered in the daily charge.

They were prompt, on time and responsive and provided a great service at a very fair price. I would use them again in heartbeat. They were open to moving adjustments throughout the day. Based on costs of other tours, working with them was one of the best experiences i've had in Thailand.

I booked a van with a driver with Bangkok Beyond and my whole journey in Thailand with my family went on smoothly. Our driver Sutat was very helpful and trustworthy. He helped us with our itinerary from Bangkok to Chiang Rai. Frank his boss is also helpful and very prompt in responding any questions and inquiries thru email. Very responsive from beginning (emailing to arrange the tour) to the end. Despite our flight being late driver patiently waited since he knew our flight number information.
Tour was seamless and we were efficiently dropped off and picked up at every desired destination stop.

Very punctual, cleancar, driver very professional and careful ; knew the city quite well - please note our driver was not a tour guide. So make sure if you want a tour guide, ask for it, in addition.

Cherry is very professional. She replied to my email promptly and arranged everything neatly. The airport transfers both airport/hotel were smooth and sound. The trip to Khao Yai was superb. We (a family of 4) used Beyond Bangkok for a transfer from Khao Yai to Koh Chang. ?We had a good experience with the driver Mumu. He drove carefully and was very accommodating during the whole trip. Frank was responding fast to my questions and the experience was flawless. Well done! I highly recommend this service for any transfer in Thailand.
