Here are some answers to questions you may have. If your question isn't answered here, send us an e-mail and we will give you an answer as soon as possible.

How to book travel?
Find what product you want to book, and then click on book package tour. Fill in the form, and submit. In a short while you will receive a confirmation mail about your booking, with payment instructions etc. If you just want to book Tony and his car you can use the form book Tony and his car.

We want to stay longer or we want to book the driver for more than what we originally payed for
Then you should get in contact with us, or ask the driver to get in contact with us. If no one else have made reservations then there is usually no problem in prolonging your stay or have the driver for a few extra days.

How many can travel together?
When ordering the car and driver we have room for up to 9 people in our car. We can however arrange for a second car. As it comes to hotels there is no limit as long as the hotel have available rooms.

Can we plan our trip by ourselves?
If you want to go somewhere else than what we offer, you can talk to us and we will customize a trip to your liking or you can rent our car and driver and plan the trip yourselves. This however must be planned ahead.

We can't go after all - how do we cancel our booking?
We have some rules about canceling - read more about that in terms and conditions. The best thing is to get in contact with us as soon as you know you can't go or you have changed your mind. The sooner the better.
