Terms and Conditions

1. For the product: Car (Rent, Sightseeing, transport)
1.1 CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
Upon confirming a reservation a deposit of 1.000 Bath + 10% of the total is required for trips starting in Bangkok. For trips starting outside Bangkok we require 1.000 Baht +50 % of the total to confirm the booking. The full amount of the tour must be paid at the start of the first day of the scheduled tour.

1.2. CHANGING A RESERVATION

1.3 CANCELLING A RESERVATION
To cancel a reservation a written notice by  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it is required more than 1 week before the scheduled tour.
The money deposited will be refunded to you minus 1.000 Bath.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 1 week before the tour the investment for the first day of the booked tour will not be refunded.
In case of not showing up for scheduled tour no money will be refunded.

2. For the product Package tour
2.1 CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
Upon confirming a reservation a deposit of 1.000 Bath per room is required within 48 hours if the reservation is made more than 60 days before the tour.
The full amount must be paid at least 45 days before the scheduled tour.
If the reservation is made less than 45 days before the tour the full amount must be paid within 24 hours.

2.2 CHANGING A RESERVATION
To change a reservation to another package tour a written notice by  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  is required more than 30 days before the scheduled tour.

2.3 CANCELLING A RESERVATION
To cancel a reservation a written notice by This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  is required more than 30 days before the scheduled tour. 
The money deposited will be refunded to you minus 1.000 Bath per room.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days but more than 1 week before the tour the deposit will be refunded minus 20% of the full amount.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 1 week before the scheduled tour no money will be refunded.
In case of not showing up for scheduled tour no money will be refunded.
