It is made with a preparation of a good mix of different raw vegetables with shrimp or meat, wrapped in a roll and fried. The resulting rolls are crunchy and tasty.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bangkokbeyond.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/spring_rolls-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-2755   aligncenter\" title=\"How to make Spring Rolls\" alt=\"How to make Spring Rolls\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bangkokbeyond.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/spring_rolls-2-1024x681.jpg\" width=\"512\" height=\"340\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bangkokbeyond.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/spring_rolls-2-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.bangkokbeyond.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/spring_rolls-2-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>How to make Spring Rolls (40 pieces)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1 &#8211;<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>You will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spring Roll wrappers<\/li>\n<li>400 g ground pork<\/li>\n<li>2 cups carrot, grated<\/li>\n<li>1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>3 cups white cabbage, shredded<\/li>\n<li>2 small packs glass noodles, soaked in the water<\/li>\n<li>2 spoons oyster sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 spoons soy sauce or salt<\/li>\n<li>1 spoons sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tea spoon ground white or black pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 egg, beaten ( for brushing a long the top part and seal the roll )<\/li>\n<li>Oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong><br \/>\nBegin by heating the wok. When hot, add some oil, ground pork, carrots, mushrooms thinly sliced, cabbage. Cook until the vegetables have slightly softened and their tastes have had a chance to intermingle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong><br \/>\nAdd the noodles, oyster sauce, soy sauce or salt, sugar and pepper. Mix well, take it off the heat and place into a bowl to let it cool.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4 &#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>How to roll:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place the spring roll wrapper in front of you, with one corner at the bottom so that it resembles a diamond. Next, add the filling in the bottom part of the wrapper in a thin log shape. Leave the bottom few centimetres clear. Lift the wrapper over the top and tuck it in under the filling.<br \/>\nFold over the left side, and then the right side and roll it up to form a tube. Brush a little more egg along the top part and seal the roll. Repeat until all the rolls are finished.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5<\/strong><br \/>\nPlace the pan with the oil for frying over a medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, deep fry the spring rolls until lightly brown, which should take only a minute or two.
