They don’t allow you to enter their premises without wearing a mask. Make sure you have extra masks in case you accidentally rip, damage, or worst lose it while you are doing your activities.

Tipping is totally up to you. But we are sure that if the driver renders good service he will not mind a tip. People tip anywhere from 0 to 3,000 Baht depending on how many days rental, how many people they are at the party etc. Some people tip day by day while others tip at the end of the trip. But again it is not required, some tip, some do not.

No, we do not have any French/Chinese speaking drivers, but we will give you a driver that speaks English well, is experienced, professional and knows the areas you are going to.

No. It is forbidden by Thai law for any non licensed guides to accompany you and tell you about the sights. The driver can help you with tips and arrangements along the way, but as he is not a licensed tour guide he cannot go with you at attractions. If you need a tour guide, we can arrange one for you. Yes, we work only with licensed and extremely professional drivers who are always ready to make your trip safe, pleasant and as comfortable as possible.

Our normal practice is the driver will drop you off as close as possible to the entrance. It usually depends on the availability of parking slots. The driver will assist you on where you go towards the entrance. Also, the driver will wait for you in the same spot until you’re done exploring the place.

We charge 300 Baht per hour for car and van for the overtime fee including driving expenses (gas, tollway and parking) maximum of 14 hours total per day.

Yes, first class vehicle and passenger insurance is included. We still recommend that you also have travel insurance as the passenger insurance is not very good by international standards.

The driver cannot process credit cards, but you can pay online via card or PayPal for an extra fee.

Yes, the remaining amount has to be paid on the first day of your trip with us so everything will be put into place.
