Booked with bangkok beyond after researching online and reading the good reviews.
Needed a van for our shopping trip. Liaise with Frank and he was very efficient in handling my request.
On the day, driver Mr thanon was on time, van was clean and comfortable and took us to the places we wanted to go. We were looking for car parts and he contacted the shop for directions.
Overall very happy with service and would recommend them. Would it use their service again? Definitely!

I and group numbering 11 people.We booked a tour to Bangkok Beyond from start to pick up to the airport and drove back to the airport. I did an online subscriber, Cherry was very patient with my order changing change. Cherry gives good service and patient to answer all my question.
We really enjoyed our day in Bangkok and Hua Hin.They always pick the right time and easy to communicate.

We where in Bangkok and Phnom Phrai for a wedding,a group of 15 family members we hired 2 mini bus's from your company, the main mini bus was used for a longer period and we had a great driver who helped us a lot, also translating for us as we had a child with a peanut and tree nut allergy, we where really happy with all the help given to us, and would certainly use Bangkok Beyond again. We recently booked a car and driver through Bangkok Beyond as a last minute decision to do a day trip. The service was excellent and within about an hour or so I had a return email giving us a price for our requested trip. Communication was excellent from Frank and our driver arrived on time (actually a bit early) and he was fantastic. He didn't try to take us to any extra places. He just did what we asked and there were no other hassles. I will definitely use Bangkok Beyond next time we visit Bangkok.
