Thai Basil Pork Stir Fry

You really don’t know Thai street food well until you have tried the famous “Pad Graprao Moo”. A popular stir fry dish, it makes for a delicious and well balanced meal that is a common choice of lunch and dinner for many people in Thailand. So common in fact, that you will see it everywhere you go, at vendors, shops, malls, schools, everywhere you go.

Thai basil pork (or chicken or beef) stir fry is a great fresh tasting combination of fresh basil, fried meats and a delicious stir fry sauce, all fried together for a few minutes at high temperature. With added chilies according to taste, this dish is served over a plate of boiled rice and is as tasty as it is filling. Try out this authentic Thai favorite, you’ll be in for a nice surprise!
