Went to Bangkok for only 1 night and had Tai as my driver. Very impressed with the fact that he had two bottles of water ready for me in the car to quench my thirst! He was also patient with the fact that I arrived at my hotel half an hour late due to customs. He sent me off to my destination and also the airport very promptly and was very nice even though his command of English wasn't that excellent. Would recommend Bangkok Beyond to anyone needing a driver!

Anyone familiar with the nature of tours in this and many other regions of the world will understand just how great this service is. The driver picked us up on time, drove us safely and professionally directly to where we wanted to go and **only** where we wanted to go, was always precisely where we needed him to be when we had finished our stops and drove us safely and professionally directly back to our hotel.

It was everything we could have possible wanted from a day tour and nothing more. (Note that in the more tourist dependent areas, it doesn't take too long in the low season to get quite tired of being asked whether Mister wants to buy something, which is why the respite for an entire day was so warmly welcomed. We were also quite a self-sufficient group, so a driver who either knew when to play it low key or was naturally reserved suited us perfectly.)

We were very happy to have our driver. He was always on time, friendly to talk to and patient.
We had a lot of fun during our trip with him.
I would recommend his service to anyone who doesn't know Bangkok and who wants to discover it.

We have 10 adults and 2 kid in total, traveled from Bangkok to Hua Hin and back to Bangkok. We booked van for airport pickup and transfer, also full day inside Bangkok and outside Bangkok in our 4 days journey. The price is very reasonable. Cherry was very helpful when I asked questions before our trip. We are a group of 12 people, spent 2 days in Pattaya n 4 days in Bangkok. Service was good, price is reasonable. A bit challenge to communicate in English to our drivers but overall is good service

We (group of 9) initially linked up with Frank to engage the service of day tour but dropped the plan as our friends offered to bring us around instead. In the end, we only engaged the airport transfer service with Bangkok Beyond. Despite the several changes that we made, Frank demonstrated his professionalism and was patience to understand and find all ways to meet our requirements. The driver was also punctual and the van was in clean condition. Will definitely engaged their airport transfer services if we wish to travel to Bangkok again. Highly recommended.
