I booked a van to transport our group of 8 adults to and from the airport and also a day trip outside the city of Bangkok. The vans were new and very clean. The drivers understood English and were very friendly. We resided in a hotel right in the protest area during Bangkok Shutdown 2014, and the drivers worked their way around so we were picked up and dropped off from the hotel safely.

We had booked a day tour to lopburi sunflower farm and ayutthaya historical park for a group of 6 through the website.

First of all, I will like to thank Cherry for all the co-ordination work. She had been fast in responding to my emails and answering my clarifications.

On the day of our tour, our personal driver Boonsong had arrived much earlier than what our appointed time 8am. He had waited very patiently at the lobby with my name clearly written on a piece of paper that made us spotted him easily. the van was clean and tidy. Throughout the whole trip, Boonsong had shared with us a lot of information about Thailand's culture and the local attractions. We had a lot of fun and a had great chat with Boonsong.

In overall, we had a enjoyable and fun trip.

The driver Art was courteous, friendly, spoke and understood English well. Frank, the Managing Director was extremely patient, thorough and prompt in answering all our queries. He also gave useful tips on our planned itinerary.

We had booked from Bangkok Beyond only a day tour to Maeklong Railway Market and Amphawa Floating Market, as well as airport transfer. Their service, before and after the trip, was jsut simply great.

Frank was helpful and patience when I asked many questions about Amphawa and Damnoen Saduak Floating Markets, and suggested to me his preference. He was very kind to provide 1-2hrs extra for the day tour as I have elderly and children in the group. Bobby who was our driver, was readily to chat and to give suggestions of what to do at the markets while driving. He has a sincere smiling face.

Just got back from vacation in Thailand. Booked a car and driver with Bangkok and Beyond in November. Arranged for pick-up at one airport, check-in at the Novotel at BKK and then our for dinner and drinks the rest of the night. Driver was very courteous and knew his way around Bangkok very well. The right choice! i took my parent to Bangkok for family travel. since it is the first time for my parent to go to abroad. i double check many times every detail with Frank via email. he always gives me quike answer.
and the driver, Amnuay took good care of my parent; you know, there is hot weather in Bangkok. Amnuay always gave us cool wet tissue when we came back to car from outside. that's really touching.

We rented a van for a one day trip around Bangkok from Bangkok Beyond. Before the trip, Frank replied to all my emails and gave us good suggestions in planning my trip. He never acts like a "car dealer" that keep selling local tours, restaurants or show tickets like other travel agents did.
Our driver, Ong, is punctual and attentive, his driver skill is one the best I have ever seen in Thailand, unlike the maniacal taxi driver we met in Bangkok. The van is in good condition and we all felt very comfortable in it.
