Grilled Eggs

Similar in a way to the boiled eggs that we have back home, but the Thai variety is instead punctured with a skewer, allowing the egg white and yolk to mix. Grilled for a few minutes over a blazing natural fire, the result is a great tasting snack that can be eaten anywhere, anytime.

Top Tip: They may well taste really good, but if you eat too many you may well regret it later!
