The Thais have plenty of great, simple ideas when it comes to cooking that we would never even think of, and here’s another one. Simply heated over a grill for a few minutes, the high temperature seems to have the effect of increasing the sweetness of the fruit. The resulting hot, sticky and sickly sweet mess is great either as a light snack or for after dinner dessert and the best thing is, kids will love it!
