Madame Tussauds Wax Museum

We just completed our 3 day tour with Oat and Sammer. I can't tell you how WONDERFUL it was. Oat thought of everything. He welcomed us with fresh mangoes and had cold drinks for us in a cooler every morning. He called ahead to book reservations for lunch, took us on a "food tour" of the markets and paid for us so we didn't have to fumble around with the language and currency. He planned the day so it was efficient and yet he was very flexible if we wanted to add something last minute like visiting a tailor to purchase clothes. Oat had the BEST recommendations and we loved the tailor experience and the flower market experience he did for us as a surprise. He had GREAT recommendations for food as well. He was hands down the best tour guide I've ever had. His hospitality was beyond terrific and he went above and beyond each and every day. Oat bought us flowers based on the day of the week we were born and had each of us place our flower at our respective Buddha. He suggested the canal boat ride and purchased the tickets. It was like traveling with a friend or family member. I can't say enough about him.

Oat coordinated with Sammer perfectly and Sammer seemed to magically appear as soon as we got to our meeting place. Summer was a wonderful driver and always there when we were ready to move on to the next place. He was kind, helpful and always friendly.

It is always very much a huge gamble when you arrange for a private tour and driver for 3 days in a foreign city. We had several tours while cruising on Viking this past month, and Oat and Sammer surpassed them all and were over the top with their hospitality and kindness. The last 3 days have been just terrific and they made Bangkok so enjoyable for us that we almost forgot how hot it was!!!

I took a 2-week trip to Bangkok with a few days in Pattaya as well. Bangkok and Beyond assisted me in setting this trip up. Provided my car service throughout the trip and provided a number of tours for me.

Working with Cherry at Bangkok and Beyond was exceptionally easy. She responded in a very timely manner, were very helpful, and got everything I wanted arranged. Who could ask for more.

Joe was not only a great driver but a wonderful person to spend time with. He was very kind, truly helpful, and took amazing care of me throughout this trip. I have used car services all over the world and none have been better than Joe and Bangkok and Beyond.

Athen was my guide for a number of tours, and he was a great guide. He did a terrific job of explaining the various things I was looking at or going through. He truly went out of his way to make sure I was safe, comfortable, and enjoying my tours.

I cannot think of a single thing that I have not truly enjoyed. And Bangkok and Beyond played a very crucial role in making that happen.

Service was excellent.

You were very clear in planning my trip, the car was very comfortable, and the driver Thong was really friendly and attentive to all our needs.

What we appreciated the most was definitely the care he put into accompanying us during the journey.

If we return to Bangkok, we will definitely rely on you again!

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.

Having the comfort and safety of our own private van made our trip so much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this service and especially Suma and Cherry – they made our experience in Bangkok truly memorable.

Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!

Thoroughly impressed by our driver, his driving, punctuality, communication over WhatsApp, and knack for finding noodles in the middle of nowhere. Bangkok Beyond were prompt, cost effective, and communicated clearly - including accurate photos of the van. Highly recommend.
