Bangkok Beyond is an "Ever Ready, Professional & Trustable" company.
We are a family group of 31 travelling to Khaoyai & Bangkok from 06/12/17-11/12/17. Frank has arranged 3 vans for our entire journey, Dinner Cruise & some entrance tickets. Frank is very knowledgeable, helpful & he works efficiently. Tony, Bank & Leam are great drivers! They are polite, courteous, punctual, thoughtful and always there to assist us. We are very satisfied with Bangkok Beyond Team's services.

I got to know Bangkok Beyond through a friend while searching for drivers in Khaoyai. Frank's response to our itinerary and ideas were efficient and honest (if destination is too far / out of the way, he will highlight). We were pleasantly greeted by driver, Mr Arnon, at the airport. He was polite, speaks good English, and patient with my two children (7yo & 11yo) - played English pop music throughout the 3-hours drive from BKK to Khaoyai to keep my girls happy, and even offered playing cartoons along the trip. He was also punctual (always early) and make suggestions for additional stopovers when we have spare time. We did some trekking in the National Park and he was patient enough to accommodate our slow pace with the kids! Will definitely recommend to my friends:)

Great service from Bangkok Beyond! 2 thumbs up from us as Frank was very prompt and detailed in his correspondence with us. No fuss at all!
We had driver, Ampon, with us for 5 full days. Ampon was very punctual, polite and a safe driver. He was always waiting for us near where he dropped us off and we had no issue in locating him after each of our sight-seeing and shopping trips.
We will certainly come back for Bangkok Beyond again and had recommended their services to our friends back in Singapore.
While their quoted price might seem not to the lowest, it was the final pricing, no other hidden costs!
We were very satisfied with the service rendered!

Excellent service from Bangkok Beyond, first time using their service and at first i was worried when mr frank request for deposit but when we reach at hua lamphong station, our driver mr super was there with smile waiting for us even our train was delayed from hatyai, follow up email by frank after making a payment makes me feel secure and i will book with you again when i come to bangkok

We had a very comfortable and safe trip to Ayutthaya with kids (aged 3 and 7). The Toyota Inova was clean, comes with complimentary Wifi and even movies for the kids to enjoy. Our driver Arnon was also very accommodating and understanding and we had a fun and enjoyable time touring with him. Arnon was also able to recommend us locate Halal restaurants for us to have lunch too and helped entertain the children while we did our midday prayers. Thanks very much!

We were 9 of us and It was our first trip to Thailand for a very special purpose.
Frank and his team made this a memorable one with excellent service. Special mention about our driver - Mr Sam. He took care of us very well from start to end of the trip.
If we are visiting Thailand again, then Bangkok Beyond will be the obvious choice.

Excellent service. Frank the co. owner answered to all my e mails promptly and the service he delivered was everything he promised to us. He even bought tickets to World Safari for discount price. The driver Su Pok was really nice and reliable. He explained everything in English. I would certainly recommend this co. to anyone. Thank you Frank and Su pok for for your great service.

Everything about our interaction with Bangkok Beyond was excellent. Frank was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Our driver to Ayutthaya couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. He helped us plan our day and worked hard to make sure everything went well. It made for a really special trip.

Supot was being assigned as our driver. He can speak English hence it is easy to communicate with him. He pick up us on time everyday and sent us to all the destination as planned. Overall we are satisfied with Supot's service.He is a good driver!
Frank is also very helpful as he is very answering to our question too.
Bangkok Beyond's service is good and will choose Bangkok Beyond when visiting Bangkok next time!

It was our first trip (4 friends) to Thailand, BKK and we decided to go for a full day service to get shown around from a local.
Perfect decision, our driver Sutas did the most possible in the amount of time we had and he was really cool and patient if we had special inquires. 😉
Definitely suggest Bangkok Beyond and the whole Team!

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

Service was excellent.
You were very clear in planning my trip, the car was very comfortable, and the driver Thong was really friendly and attentive to all our needs.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Having the comfort and safety of our own private van made our trip so much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this service and especially Suma and Cherry – they made our experience in Bangkok truly memorable.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!

Thoroughly impressed by our driver, his driving, punctuality, communication over WhatsApp, and knack for finding noodles in the middle of nowhere. Bangkok Beyond were prompt, cost effective, and communicated clearly - including accurate photos of the van. Highly recommend.
