- For a half-day or full day, if a trip starts or ends at the airport we charge an extra of 200 Baht. If it starts and ends at the airport on the same day we charge an extra 300 Baht
- Overtime is 300 Baht per hour for car and van including driving expenses. After midnight, it is 400 Baht per hour including driving expenses
- Overtime is 300 Baht per hour for tour guide

Yes. You’re free to plan your route, add stops, or change the schedule as you go (extra charges might apply if you travel outside the local area). Just let the driver know, and they’ll take care of the rest.
Can I hire a driver for day trips outside of Bangkok?
Yes. Many guests book a driver for places like Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Hua Hin, Pattaya, and more. Tell us where you want to go, and we’ll arrange it.
Can I hire a driver for multiple days?
Yes, whether you’re staying in Bangkok the whole time or planning overnights in other cities, we can arrange a driver for your full trip.
Do you offer airport pickups and drop-offs?
Yes. We offer private transfers to and from both Bangkok airports. You can also combine an airport pickup with sightseeing or a one‑way trip to another city.
What is included when I rent a private driver?
You get a private car or van with an English‑speaking driver, fuel, tolls, and parking included. Hotel pickup and drop‑off in Bangkok and passenger insurance are also covered. However as the coverage is not great by international standards it is strongly recommended that you also have travel insurance.

- You will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours after you made the payment
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for the deposit if you email us up to 48 hours before the trip (except December, Chinese New Year and Songkran)
I searched many tour companies before our trip to Thailand and Bangkok Beyond was the first to reply to my inquires and was able to accommodate our large group of 10 people (including 6 kids) and busy itinerary. As soon as we arrived at the airport, they had someone waiting for us to take us to our van. Bangkok Beyond took care of everything so I didn’t have to stress about anything! • Great communication from the start! We sent them a long list of places we wanted to see, and the staff had great recommendations on our itinerary. They planned the agenda, was very flexible and accommodating.
• Our tour guide Pockky was the absolute best! She was very knowledgeable on all the sites we visited, had great recommendations on where to eat and shop. She was very kind and felt like family!
• Our driver was awesome as well! He took us EVERYWHERE and stayed with the car the whole time which made us feel safe because all our belongings were in the car.
