We have developed by email all our travel requests several months before our trip. We booked a driver for 4 days to go from Bangkok to the Kanchanaburi area. Samer our driver was very friendly and always on time.
We also rented their service for other trips always with the same driver, such as taking us to the airport and taking us to the hotel, or taking us to an airport to get us to the train station.
I recommend without worries their very professional service.

Very professional operation who respond quickly to any issues.
We booked a day tour in Bangkok with a guide and private longboat.
Joy was a great guide. She arrived early at our hotel then we all got a tuk tuk to the various temples. Her knowledge was good and she spoke good English.
After lunch we got a ferry to catch our longboat tour road the back canals and old city. We stopped off at a couple of places on the way.
Joy managed to cram 2 days of our original schedule into one day, so we saw all sights with a guide.
We also booked a minibus to take us down to Surat Thani over 2 days. We wanted to leave the first stopover a day early and Bangkok Beyond managed to sort this out quickly.
On the second leg we had an English speaking guide which was a surprise as we only booked a driver. She was very nice and spoke good English and took us to a great restaurant area on the way.

Hired a van (Mr. Sam) to go to death railway and erawan waterfalls in kanchanaburi. Driver was friendly and on time. He helped us to take pictures and recommend us places to go. Good experience with bangkok beyond

We hired a van with a driver from Bangkok Beyond for a trip in Bangkok & Khao Yai for 5 days 4 nights.

Our driver, Samer is also friendly and able to speak well in English. We have enjoyed our trip and will definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond to my friends and relatives. It is a very professional travel agency.

It was a pleasant 4 days with Bangkok Beyond’s service. The driver is professional and everything is clear and nice. Informative and always on time.
And due to my client always change time schedule the drivers still with no complaints and they attitude it just warming.

Our first dealing with Frank and for sure, it's never the last! We've booked 5 pick-ups for 32 pax from the airport to our destination and we must commend that the pick-up was on time, clear and smooth. Drivers were professional, kind hearted and have pleasant personality. Highly recommended!

I had great communication with Bangkok Beyond before our visit to make sure that our trip was well organised. Our driver was on time, courteous and helpful. Very professional service. Frank provided recommendations to optimize the stay and have everything settled before the trip. The van is very new with airco and WiFi.

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!

I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

Service was excellent.
You were very clear in planning my trip, the car was very comfortable, and the driver Thong was really friendly and attentive to all our needs.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!
