Frank arranged our 2 weeks in Central Thailand for our family of 4 with our super, marvellous driver Nong.
All was great (although really Hot-Im avoiding April next time ) including highlights of Elephant refuge overnight and Koh Samet relax at end of tour.
Will return with the help of Bangkok Beyond in 2020.

We booked a car with driver for our 3 day, tailor-made tour from central Bangkok to the train market, floating market, Kanchanburi, Hot Springs, Erawan Waterfalls then Ayyuthaya before being dropped off at Bangkok airport for our flight to Sukhothai. All communications were clear and precise & the payment process with Alex was very straight forward. Our driver, Sula, was just lovely! He was really helpful, knowledgeable, with a sense of humour and made our trip extra special with visits to less touristy areas and experiences. I would not hesitate to recommend Bangkok Beyond to anyone.. thanks guys 🙂

We were in Thailand for a short period with family arriving and departing from Singapore and Australia along with the hire of a car and driver for the day to travel to Sriracha and beaches in the area.
The trips were all organised through Alec some at short notice, he was most efficient and helpful with guidance on times and schedules for the airports and travel times to Sriracha for our day trip.
The drivers were all courteous and of great assistance when looking for places such a rest rooms and restaurants at the airport they were easy to find and drop off was smooth with no rush due to delays and at the closest check in points for flights
I have no problems in recommending them for any of their services we will be returning in April and have already booked again for airport transfers in Bangkok

Frank is very professional and provides top notch service. Travelling in a group of 11 pax, Frank proposed very reasonably priced package compared to other service providers. He replies to our enquiries with great details, patiently and promptly.
The drivers were great too. Tony who was with us to Khao Yai was polite, accommodating and punctual. He even took the initiative to book us restaurants and admission tickets even without us requesting.
We will definitely use their service again in our next visit.

In march, we hired a van with driver from Bangkok Beyond to Khao Yai for 3 days 4 nights.

for his prompt responses. The driver, sopot , is a responsible guy . He is very friendly and supportive. We enjoyed our trip very much. I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond to my friends and relatives. It is a very professional travel agency.

I am very satisfied with the services of your company. Booking the tour was easy and professional. The car was nice, the driver allways on time and he went along with all my requests for photo stops and sightseeing off the main roads while we were touring. He was very helpful and even accompanied me on a couple of short hikes.I can definitely recommend your company to prospective visitors to Thailand.

We, an elder couple, got a car with a driver from Your organisation for discovering Northern Thailand from Bangkok to the Golden Triangel for one week. The management was perfect and all the time the very friendly and helpfully driver Tong took care of us, in the background guided byYour main office. It was a pleasure to work with this company from the beginning to the end of the trip. Frank was responsive to my inquiries via e-mails and WhatsUp, and tailored itinerary to accommodate our interests. The down payment was easy to make through the website. The guide Nina was very enthusiastic and caring. Both the driver and the guide were always on time from picking up from the airport to dropping off after 3 days of exploring. The cool bottles of water available in the car were very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

I had some difficulty finding a provider on the internet on such short notice but am glad to find your website eventually and it was easy to communicate with you.
The driver was very punctual and helpful, and the ride was comfortable.
Appreciate the provision of water in the vehicle though it would have been nice if there was ice in the cooler box to keep it cold.
I would recommend you to colleagues and friends again.

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!

I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

Service was excellent.
You were very clear in planning my trip, the car was very comfortable, and the driver Thong was really friendly and attentive to all our needs.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!

Thoroughly impressed by our driver, his driving, punctuality, communication over WhatsApp, and knack for finding noodles in the middle of nowhere. Bangkok Beyond were prompt, cost effective, and communicated clearly - including accurate photos of the van. Highly recommend.
