A very good service, helpful and friendly driver, Sam was accommodating to the request and even recommended a few attractions to us. He was punctual and able to communicate with us in English. Very professional service by Bangkok Beyond and they are highly recommended to anyone visiting Bangkok. Driver is friendly and speak English well so communication is not a problem at all. Regret not knowing them earlier too. Thumbs up A+++!!!

Our family had a terrific 4 days in Bangkok and surrounds using this service. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver was always on time, polite, accommodating and flexible. It is a great way for individuals, families or small groups to get around and do exactly whatever personalised itinerary they plan. I would recommend this service which is very reasonably priced.

Wonderful tour
Me and wife had a tailor made 5 days tour of north Thailand
Service was very good
Our driver Mr Nop also gentle
Car had always cold iced towels that were very helpful every time we got back inside the car after the hot weather
I have travelled many countries ( more than 60) but Thailand is one of the best i liked
We went to ayutthaya , sukhotai, Chiang Mai and chiang Rai and the Mekong river

Loved this company! They were willing to work with our sightseeing itinerary and we booked them for three days to take us to interesting sights outside of town. The driver was always on time and courteous, the van was immaculate and super cool AC which was welcome between stops. They even provided water. Our driver could also recommend restaurant stops and took us to a delightful riverside restaurant while visiting the ruins. Everything ran exactly as contracted and the rate was lower than booking from a hotel. This company was great!

Having been a first time customer of Bangkok Beyond, I felt reassured that my queries have been responded to on a timely manner. Information regarding the transportation arrangements have been given clearly.
Mark - our designated driver guide - was very accommodating. He told us about the locality, asked us what we were hoping to see and brought us to nice spots in Khao Yai. His recommendations were very helpful. We especially enjoyed the elephant encounter and the other animals at Primo Piazza as well as the night market. My family had a blast and would like to thank Mark for his wonderful service.

Bangkokbeyond shuttle service made our trip more convenient getting around bangkok. The service was great, vehicle was very clean, and most especially the driver, Sutas, was very friendly and accommodating. A very great experience to travel with Bangkok Beyond. The driver (Phi Korn) had arrived our hotel 1/2 hour before the time to pick us. He had introduce us to some market due to our request to purchase some local snacks. Besides, we would like to praised him for his good service in taking good care of my elderly parent. He's also drive politely and we feel safe to take nap in his van(due to long journey from Bangkok to Damneon Saduak).
p/s: the van they provide can fit up to 10 person. But there are only 6 of us including the driver. It's definitely clean and comfortable.
I'll not be hesitate to recommend this tour service to my relatives & friends.

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

We just completed our 3 day tour with Oat and Sammer. I can't tell you how WONDERFUL it was. Oat thought of everything. He welcomed us with fresh mangoes and had cold drinks for us in a cooler every morning. He called ahead to book reservations for lunch, took us on a "food tour" of the markets and paid for us so we didn't have to fumble around with the language and currency. He planned the day so it was efficient and yet he was very flexible if we wanted to add something last minute like visiting a tailor to purchase clothes. Oat had the BEST recommendations and we loved the tailor experience and the flower market experience he did for us as a surprise. He had GREAT recommendations for food as well. He was hands down the best tour guide I've ever had. His hospitality was beyond terrific and he went above and beyond each and every day. Oat bought us flowers based on the day of the week we were born and had each of us place our flower at our respective Buddha. He suggested the canal boat ride and purchased the tickets. It was like traveling with a friend or family member. I can't say enough about him.
Oat coordinated with Sammer perfectly and Sammer seemed to magically appear as soon as we got to our meeting place. Summer was a wonderful driver and always there when we were ready to move on to the next place. He was kind, helpful and always friendly.

I took a 2-week trip to Bangkok with a few days in Pattaya as well. Bangkok and Beyond assisted me in setting this trip up. Provided my car service throughout the trip and provided a number of tours for me.
Working with Cherry at Bangkok and Beyond was exceptionally easy. She responded in a very timely manner, were very helpful, and got everything I wanted arranged. Who could ask for more.
Joe was not only a great driver but a wonderful person to spend time with. He was very kind, truly helpful, and took amazing care of me throughout this trip. I have used car services all over the world and none have been better than Joe and Bangkok and Beyond.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!

Thoroughly impressed by our driver, his driving, punctuality, communication over WhatsApp, and knack for finding noodles in the middle of nowhere. Bangkok Beyond were prompt, cost effective, and communicated clearly - including accurate photos of the van. Highly recommend.
