This was the second time I have used Beyond Bangkok,once to take the kids to Pattaya water park for the day and once to take friends to the airport, both times the service is excellent.Easy to book, prompt and efficient. Great safe drivers both times. Would definitely recommend to friends who need a good safe driver to get around.

I use Bangkokbeyond for transport every time I visit Thailand - well organized, good drivers who are friendly and speak good English. The rates are reasonable for such personalized service, and it is a much better way to travel, as you avoid taxi queues, the risk of bad taxi drivers and generally run down cars - Bangkokbeyond is the way to go.

I had planned an entire trip to bangkok and Pattaya with my family. Frank and Mark helped me customize it with amazing flexibility and value for money. Although rain did come up as a villian, but both Frank and Mark were very helpful and just made it a perfect family holiday for me!

Bangkok Beyond is prompt in customer enquiry and delivery. Very clear instructions to find my driver in a congested airport, and driver was not only friendly but Also helpful from interpretation to where I can go to.
Even when I had to change an entire day of itinerary, he obliged smilingly and made my day work for me.

Not wanting the hassle of renting, etc. I hired a driver for the trip from BKK to Pak Thale vicinity. We were met at the airport and whisked away to our car by our driver. The 2-hr trip was a breeze for the driver but would have driven me crazy, let alone being a hazard to others. The one-way cost was reasonable and easily arranged. Highly recommended!

We had a great trip with bangkokbeyond! We booked a van for party of 10 for 3 days 2 nites from bangkok to khao yai. Our driver Tony was patient, smiling, obliging, non imposing and punctual.
Before the trip, Frank was detailed in his answers to my questions and he was frank! No hidden costs and honest company. Would definitely recommend them!!

Excellent service! Cherry was super patient and quick to response to my lengthy emails. Frank followed up before the trip to ensure all is in order! Driver, Mr Boonsong is very jovial, accommodating and generous with his suggestions. Very wonderful experience!

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

We wanted to travel to a few locations outside Bangkok (Ayutthaya/Amphawa) and Cherry was very responsive in communicating and responding to all my questions. I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. The van was super clean, very comfortable.I will definitely book Bangkok Beyond again on future needs for ride service. Thank you Cherry and team, keep up the good work!

We had an amazing driver who we felt safe with and a modern and well-kept van. Our driver helped us find authentic restaurants along the way and assisted with every other request of ours. Service was excellent.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!

Thoroughly impressed by our driver, his driving, punctuality, communication over WhatsApp, and knack for finding noodles in the middle of nowhere. Bangkok Beyond were prompt, cost effective, and communicated clearly - including accurate photos of the van. Highly recommend.
