We recently booked a car and driver through Bangkok Beyond as a last minute decision to do a day trip. The service was excellent and within about an hour or so I had a return email giving us a price for our requested trip. Communication was excellent from Frank and our driver arrived on time (actually a bit early) and he was fantastic. He didn't try to take us to any extra places. He just did what we asked and there were no other hassles. I will definitely use Bangkok Beyond next time we visit Bangkok.

Second time we use the services proposed by Bangkok Beyond (rent of a van with driver to transport the family of Bangkok towards our holiday resort) and frankly, from the first contact to the full stop of arrival, everything was completed = punctuality, kindness, seriousness, careful driving, very good value for money. An only drawback: it is sometimes difficult to communicate with the driver in English but it is very common in Thailand and our english is not so good to as we're french... Thus if there was a note to be given, it would be 9/10 !

We booked a van with its driver last week for two days (Bangkok kanchanabury Erawan Ayotaya Bangkok).
Thanks a lot to Tony (our driver) who is very professionnal and safety for us. He was speaking a sufficient english to be able to guide them in our choices of visits. Very good driver.

We booked a car & driver when we were traveling in Bangkok & outside Bangkok (Sukhothai, Lopburi, Kanchanaburi) last December. Frank replied to all our inquiries promptly and was even nice enough to give recommendations on where to go. The rates were more than reasonable. The car was fantastic, pretty new and very clean; the driver was punctual, polite and quite knowledgeable. We had a comfortable trip all through out the 11 days we were in Thailand thanks to Bangkok & Beyond.

The overall experience right from sending the 1st email of inquiry to the drop at the airport was just too good. Frank and his team are punctual and committed to their services. I booked a car for a full day trip to Pattaya. Mr Kob, our driver, was very nice, patient and punctual. He also helped us arrange our schedule, so we can enjoy all the show on time. I definitely recommend this company because they know what they doing, especially for the first timer to Bangkok. If i go to Bangkok again, i definitely choose this company :-).

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

We wanted to travel to a few locations outside Bangkok (Ayutthaya/Amphawa) and Cherry was very responsive in communicating and responding to all my questions. I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!

Thoroughly impressed by our driver, his driving, punctuality, communication over WhatsApp, and knack for finding noodles in the middle of nowhere. Bangkok Beyond were prompt, cost effective, and communicated clearly - including accurate photos of the van. Highly recommend.
