It was a pleasure to work with this company from the beginning to the end of the trip. Frank was responsive to my inquiries via e-mails and WhatsUp, and tailored itinerary to accommodate our interests. The down payment was easy to make through the website. The guide Nina was very enthusiastic and caring. Both the driver and the guide were always on time from picking up from the airport to dropping off after 3 days of exploring. The cool bottles of water available in the car were very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

I had some difficulty finding a provider on the internet on such short notice but am glad to find your website eventually and it was easy to communicate with you.
The driver was very punctual and helpful, and the ride was comfortable.
Appreciate the provision of water in the vehicle though it would have been nice if there was ice in the cooler box to keep it cold.
I would recommend you to colleagues and friends again.

I was very impressed with the services that the Bangkok Beyond provided to us. I just listed the places that we wanted to visit at Ratchasima and all went well. We visited Primo Piazza, PB Valley, Farm Chockchai and Hobbit house with airport pick-up and one way transfer to Bangkok.The value of money was worth. We also had a very kind and polite driver. He patiently waited for us at the airport because our trip was delayed. It is very much recommended to fellow tourist around the world. Kudos!

I m with my friends (36 persons) with 4 van were traveled to Pakchong for farm visit and Dairy Expo on 30th January till 2nd February 2019. We have nice journey with friendly van drivers. We just communicate trough email for booking and make payment once we arrived at Bangkok. Really trusted company. Really we were happy with Bangkokbeyond services.

We booked a car to Ayutthaya for one day. Mr Tong is a fantastic driver. He is friendly, speak good English, fun to chat with. He is also knowledgeable with the attractions. We highly recommend his service.

When hosting a group of visitors that won't in the car, we usually book a van for out-of-town day trips.We planned to bring our visitors to the historical city of Ayutthaya and the floating market in Damnoen Saduak on consecutive days. I found Bangkok Beyond on a google lookup and I found it the easiest to book a van. Everything was online through facebook messenger, and very straight forward.
The daily price was higher than I've experienced in the past, but I found it well worth it. The van was comfortable, it had wifi and the driver was very knowledgeable of where we were going. In addition, fuel was already covered in the daily charge.

They were prompt, on time and responsive and provided a great service at a very fair price. I would use them again in heartbeat. They were open to moving adjustments throughout the day. Based on costs of other tours, working with them was one of the best experiences i've had in Thailand.

I booked a van with a driver with Bangkok Beyond and my whole journey in Thailand with my family went on smoothly. Our driver Sutat was very helpful and trustworthy. He helped us with our itinerary from Bangkok to Chiang Rai. Frank his boss is also helpful and very prompt in responding any questions and inquiries thru email. He even recommended me to a cheap day trip tour in Phuket which is out of his territory. Again, Thank You! Bangkok Beyond!!! You made our trip in Thailand a pleasant memories and hope to see you again!!!

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

We just completed our 3 day tour with Oat and Sammer. I can't tell you how WONDERFUL it was. Oat thought of everything. He welcomed us with fresh mangoes and had cold drinks for us in a cooler every morning. He called ahead to book reservations for lunch, took us on a "food tour" of the markets and paid for us so we didn't have to fumble around with the language and currency. He planned the day so it was efficient and yet he was very flexible if we wanted to add something last minute like visiting a tailor to purchase clothes. Oat had the BEST recommendations and we loved the tailor experience and the flower market experience he did for us as a surprise. He had GREAT recommendations for food as well. He was hands down the best tour guide I've ever had. His hospitality was beyond terrific and he went above and beyond each and every day. Oat bought us flowers based on the day of the week we were born and had each of us place our flower at our respective Buddha. He suggested the canal boat ride and purchased the tickets. It was like traveling with a friend or family member. I can't say enough about him.
Oat coordinated with Sammer perfectly and Sammer seemed to magically appear as soon as we got to our meeting place. Summer was a wonderful driver and always there when we were ready to move on to the next place. He was kind, helpful and always friendly.

I took a 2-week trip to Bangkok with a few days in Pattaya as well. Bangkok and Beyond assisted me in setting this trip up. Provided my car service throughout the trip and provided a number of tours for me.
Working with Cherry at Bangkok and Beyond was exceptionally easy. She responded in a very timely manner, were very helpful, and got everything I wanted arranged. Who could ask for more.
Joe was not only a great driver but a wonderful person to spend time with. He was very kind, truly helpful, and took amazing care of me throughout this trip. I have used car services all over the world and none have been better than Joe and Bangkok and Beyond.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!
