I and my wife made a three weeks holiday in Thailand in 2014 february. We used the services of Bangkok Beyond in three different times inside Bkk, to reach Damnoen Saduak market and in a full day in Ayutthaya. They provided us of a comfortable van and a good driver, very polite, always on time and with a good knowledge of the roads. The second time we were in an hotel very close to one block but the driver was able to pick up us for the journey and came back to the hotel without problems. I recommend this company, You can trust on them and they are affordable.

I would like to thank you for the great service provided! My boyfriend and I had a really great tour with Tong around Bangkok. Communication with both- company and driver were easy, no language barrier. The driver spoke good english, took us to eat where locals eat (on our request), told us about few sights as we drove past. The car was new, air conditioned. Would really reccommend booking a tour with bangkokbeyond.

1.There were no drinkable water in this van which takes us 10 hours long distances.
2. The driver of this van was tried to trick us and act someone no understands any word of English at the beginning. He drive us to the place which give him a commision fee per person and ask a very high price to carry to floating market by longtail boat. Since I 've been there for two times before I easly can understand what goes around and intervene the cond?tion. After I call the company and explain the s?tuation they call back the driver and he suddenly started to understand English, he answers all our needs afterwards.
3.The driver was novice about the city traffic rules.One night in front of our hotels route he parked wrong side of the road to let us get off the car. Policeman gives him 400 THB penalty. The other day, my group friends collect and gave him 400 THB for covering his losses just behalf of him.
4. He was polite but insensitive to our needs.
On contrary our Chiang Mai van driver got out of the car hurriedly after he parked it and turned the other side of the car to open our doors. When we gave him a tip he waved with respest and thanked us. We couldn't observe same behavior with your company's van driver.

My wife and I were very happy on our trip in Thailand on January 2014.
After exchanges with Frank, we booked to Bangkok Beyond the services for a car with driver from Bangkok to Chaing Mai. (6 days and half)

I booked a van to transport our group of 8 adults to and from the airport and also a day trip outside the city of Bangkok. The vans were new and very clean. The drivers understood English and were very friendly. We resided in a hotel right in the protest area during Bangkok Shutdown 2014, and the drivers worked their way around so we were picked up and dropped off from the hotel safely.

We had booked a day tour to lopburi sunflower farm and ayutthaya historical park for a group of 6 through the website.

First of all, I will like to thank Cherry for all the co-ordination work. She had been fast in responding to my emails and answering my clarifications.

On the day of our tour, our personal driver Boonsong had arrived much earlier than what our appointed time 8am. He had waited very patiently at the lobby with my name clearly written on a piece of paper that made us spotted him easily. the van was clean and tidy. Throughout the whole trip, Boonsong had shared with us a lot of information about Thailand's culture and the local attractions. We had a lot of fun and a had great chat with Boonsong.

In overall, we had a enjoyable and fun trip.

We used transport services for airport transfers and a whole day-trip around Bangkok with my sister's family with kids. The van was clean and in excellent condition. The driver Art was courteous, friendly, spoke and understood English well. Frank, the Managing Director was extremely patient, thorough and prompt in answering all our queries. He also gave useful tips on our planned itinerary.

We had booked from Bangkok Beyond only a day tour to Maeklong Railway Market and Amphawa Floating Market, as well as airport transfer. Their service, before and after the trip, was jsut simply great.

Frank was helpful and patience when I asked many questions about Amphawa and Damnoen Saduak Floating Markets, and suggested to me his preference. He was very kind to provide 1-2hrs extra for the day tour as I have elderly and children in the group. Bobby who was our driver, was readily to chat and to give suggestions of what to do at the markets while driving. He has a sincere smiling face.
