I am very satisfied with the service provided by Bangkok Beyond. We have used the service on 3 days and the driver always came to pick us up before the agreed time. Very punctual and also very good customer service from Cherry. Keep up the great service.

Eight of us booked a private driver to see the sights around Bangkok. From my first email to when the driver dropped us off after driving us around for 12 hours the experience was wonderful. Frank answered everyone of my questions from my multiple emails. Sumer our driver was great, he spoke wonderful English. He found a Catholic Church for us to visit, he managed Bangkok traffic, he managed a long boat canal ride and found us a wonderful place for lunch with a beautiful view. He was on time, courteous, the van was very clean and he easily agreed to an extra two hours. Friends are traveling in January and we plan to tell them to book with Bangkok and beyond. Thank you

We used Bangkok Beyond to arrange a car w/driver transport from Bangkok to Sukothai via Ayuttahya. Service was very responsive from initial inquiry and provided helpful advice to help finalize our plans. Arrangements were quickly finalized with confidence. Driver was on time and professional, and the car was quick and comfortable. They also helped to arrange a guide and comply with our specific travel itinerary, making it a total positive experience. Strongly recommend for stress-free planning.

This is the second time I have engaged Bangkok beyond For my family trip! I can proudly say that this is by far the best that we had ever had!. Frank is very patient, despite me keep changing plans, and asked for suggestions of places to visit.
The driver was so punctual, and so thoughtful, because I was traveling with a 2.5 years old toddler. he actually suggested us to leave the hotel earlier, so that we would not be coming back into Bangkok town too late. He also advice us on which are the crowded area to avoid, as it would be inconvenience for the toddler.
Overall, we are really satisfied with their service, and professionalism. !
I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family who are travelling to Bangkok in the near future!

Comme nous ?tions contents des prestations, nous avons demand? un chauffeur pour nos derniers jours ? Bangkok. Le service a ?t? sous trait? ? Siam Service Tour et l? quelle d?ception! Mark conduit de mani?re effrayante, ne fournit pas d'eau au retour des visites contrairement ? Tony et n'est pas de tr?s bon conseil dans ses visites. I got recommended to use Bangkok Beyond, and was satisfied with their service, especially with Cherry and their lead driver Tony. Our trip to HuaHin and Bangkok this July 2016 were catered with proper use of vehicles that make the journey memorable. Will certainly use them again when return to Bangkok.

We are a family with 4 adults & 2 young kids traveled to Bangkok on 22-25 June 16. Our driver, Mr. Tony was punctually waited for us at the airport. The 3rd day we booked to Meaklong Railway Market & Chocolate Ville which Cherry suggested us to pick up at 11am, however, Mr. Tony called me to my hotel room and suggest to pick us at 9am as he said it will be too late for children to come back from Chocolate Villa if we set off at 11am. He is so thoughtful and think further for our kids. He reached at our hotel at 750am and waited almost 1 hour for us! The whole trip, he was polite and quiet, helpful in providing information and drove very safe. We added another place and he friendly drove us there without hesitating. We felt so safe to be with him and our family are so happy that we have made the right choice. Once again, big thanks to Mr. Tony and Cherry, hope to see you again.

Thanks for a wonderful trip with Boonsong bring us around From Bangkok - huahin . Very helpful driver and giving ideas for us as tourist things to do n not to do at certain places we been. Being very patient to us as we hv 2 young kids along in the trip, he was well taken care of us and allowed our kids to rest in the car while the rest are visiting places. No regret to choose Bangkokbeyond as the price quoted are tally with the actual payment, no hidden charges, no compulsory shopping stops. Well done! Their service was really good! Firstly, Frank is very patient. We had made many changes and had many questions, even before we confirm our booking with Bangkok Beyond. He was also very helpful in providing us with all the information we need. On top of that, our driver was very skilful - drove fast yet feels safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip as we really had time to ourselves - the driver was not too chatty, neither was he unfriendly. He was happy to provide us with suggestions, but did not try to hardsell anything to us. Additionally, water (and even ice box for ice water) was provided for us of which is definitely a plus point travelling in such a hot weather. Most importantly, we felt very safe travelling with him. Once again, thank you Bangkok Beyond!

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

They were very informative, clear, and detailed oriented during our planning process. We wanted to travel to a few locations outside Bangkok (Ayutthaya/Amphawa) and Cherry was very responsive in communicating and responding to all my questions. I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. The van was super clean, very comfortable.I will definitely book Bangkok Beyond again on future needs for ride service. Thank you Cherry and team, keep up the good work!
I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

I took a 2-week trip to Bangkok with a few days in Pattaya as well. Bangkok and Beyond assisted me in setting this trip up. Provided my car service throughout the trip and provided a number of tours for me.
Working with Cherry at Bangkok and Beyond was exceptionally easy. She responded in a very timely manner, were very helpful, and got everything I wanted arranged. Who could ask for more.
Joe was not only a great driver but a wonderful person to spend time with. He was very kind, truly helpful, and took amazing care of me throughout this trip. I have used car services all over the world and none have been better than Joe and Bangkok and Beyond.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!

Thoroughly impressed by our driver, his driving, punctuality, communication over WhatsApp, and knack for finding noodles in the middle of nowhere. Bangkok Beyond were prompt, cost effective, and communicated clearly - including accurate photos of the van. Highly recommend.
