I found this company by googling it. I emailed them and Frank answered, and frequently answers abruptly. The catered to all our wants and requests. If i'd rate it, i'd give it an 8. Honestly I was impressed by the driver Thanit. He gave us suggestions on where to go, guided us and was always one text away. The only way they could better their service is by giving complimentary water and upscaling their van interior. We had a "VIP Van" as our airport transfer and we were really impressed. Otherwise, it was all good. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. Til next time! I shall return.

Found Bangkok Beyond online and made an enquiry to be driven from Bangkok to Donsak pier - a very long way.
Frank was prompt replying to my enquiry and happy to assist. We met our driver, Nop, at Bangkok airport. The car was very comfortable and clean. Nop was happy to stop along the way whenever we requested and his driving could not be faulted.
I would highly recommend Bangkok Beyond. Rates are very competitive also.

We would like to commend Tony, our driver for being punctual and efficient.

Mr. Paisan is definitely A+. Very good service, Punctual. Very good tour guide too. Neat and clean. Van is very comfy and clean. He is like a family to us.

We arranged a short tour around central Thailand for 6 days(5nights) through Beyond Bangkok in May 2017. We visited Damsoek market, River Kwai bridge,Ayuthuya and Khao Yai National Park. We approached the company initially for just a car and driver but then booked a long tail boat at Damsoek market and a guide for Ayuthuya through them. (We booked our own hotels.) We decided to use them as we thought they offered good value and were very efficient in dealing with our enquiries and because they had good testimonials. We saved a lot of money by booking with them rather than through an English agent.
The car was a modern Toyota Camry which was very comfortable, extremely well maintained and clean and well air conditioned.
Our driver (Tong) was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable,helpful,always on time and also a safe driver. He also entertained us with tales of his encounters with various wildlife! He knew exactly where to go ( including toilets!) and so this made our travels stress free. In particular he made sure we had plenty of time to catch our onward flight. He never made us feel hurried so we were able to spend as long as we liked wherever we stopped. Cold drinks and towels were always provided each time we returned to the car. Tong's English was good.
We did not need a guide for Damsoek but having the boat prearranged made it easier.
Our guide for the day in Ayuthuya was very pleasant and arranged the day so that we saw some temples then had a break from the heat at the museum before resuming our tour around. He found us a nice place for lunch on the river. We could probably have managed without a guide asTong clearly knew exactly where all the main sites were but it was nice to have extra information and to spend some time with a local person. His English was very good.
Overall we had an excellent experience with Beyond Bangkok and would certainly recommend them.

I engaged Mr Frank through google due to his prompt reply. Truly reliable. The driver Mr Tony, he was most kind, patient and extremely punctual driver. The van was well maintained and very comfortable. Definitely will look for Bangkok Beyond again!

Found Bangkok Beyond on google. Cherry was very punctual responding to my emails. Very easy process, we were met at the airport as we walked out of the gate, straight into the van and off to the hotel. Van was very comfortable. Driver was there waiting at our hotel on our return to the hotel. Definitely recommend these guys.

I came to Bangkok for an important work-related meeting in April 2017. I needed a car and driver service that was punctual and reliable. I was willing to pay more for good service that brought me to-and-from the airport (as well as several other work venues) without dramas. Fortunately, Bangkok Beyond's rates turned out to be very competitive and I was assigned a driver, "Tong", who was hardworking, respectful, knowledgeable and professional.
