I and my husband used Bangkok Beyong service for 3D2N trip to Khao Yai. Everything went smoothly from the very beginning to the end. Frank is very prompt and sincere. The car was clean and in excellent condition. The driver, Tong, is very helpful too. We used similar service before from other vendor but it wasn't as good as this one. We definitely use Bangkok Beyond again in the future.

We used Bangkokandbeyond for airport transport and day tours for the total of three days. We had a flight issue on our way there so we missed the 1st day and BangkokandBeyond was more than understanding. Mark and Ann, our hosts, were just as wonderful as can be. They made us feel like we were family and we definitely missed them a ton when we left. Would highly recommend BangkokandBeyond wholeheartedly.

It is a blessing for us to find Bangkok Beyond to provide a van and driver for our visit to Bangkok last month. Frank had been very helpful in our arrangements and the driver Thanit could communicate in English. He was very punctual and helpful. We really appreciate their service and we had a great time in Bangkok especially at the Art in Paradise. Will definitely use their service again if we visit Bangkok in future.

Highly recommended! I used Bangkok Beyond service for my work trip in Thailand. Our first trip to Nakorn Naiyok went smoothly. The driver was on time and the ride was a breeze. So we booked Bangkok Beyond again for our second trip in Thailand, to Ayutthaya. Everything went very well and smooth, thanks to Frank, Cherry and our two drivers Nong and Samer.

Thank you for such wonderful arrangements. First time I booked transfer thru online and after running thru several agents websites, I saw very good reviews on the services of Bangkok Beyond and decided to give it a try. Mr Frank is very understanding, helpful and prompt in replies of my emails and calls. No hidden charges and reasonable rates quoted for my 7 days transfer arrangements.
Tony , our driver for 6 days is excellent. My family are very happy with Tony, he is very punctual, always arrived earlier than the arranged time, soft spoken, polite, attentive, accommodating and fabulous driving skills. Samer , another driver send us off to DMK airport on my last day is also very good. Van is comfortable and clean.The weather at Bangkok, Pattaya & Khao Yai were tremendously hot during our stay 3-10Feb17 which was 35C daily , the air condition of the van is not cooling enough but we understand its not the fault of Bangkok Beyond .

We went to Bangkok from 30/1/17 to 5/2/17.
We picked Bangkok Beyond to take us around Bangkok for 2 days.
Our driver, Ton was a safe driver. He was friendly. He showed us delicious places to eat at Chinatown.
Suggestions by Frank on places to go were well chosen.

The driver, BoonSong, delivered us an excellent service. He was on time for the work, and funny. BoonSong also recommended what's the best during our trips. We had a family trip in Bangkok on 21st Dec- 25 Dec 2016 and I've booked a big van for 11 pax, everything went on smoothly and I'm impressed how efficiently Cherry responded to my lengthy email and Mark (the driver) was so helpful and patient during the whole trip. I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

We had an amazing driver who we felt safe with and a modern and well-kept van. Our driver helped us find authentic restaurants along the way and assisted with every other request of ours. Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Having the comfort and safety of our own private van made our trip so much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this service and especially Suma and Cherry – they made our experience in Bangkok truly memorable.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!

Thoroughly impressed by our driver, his driving, punctuality, communication over WhatsApp, and knack for finding noodles in the middle of nowhere. Bangkok Beyond were prompt, cost effective, and communicated clearly - including accurate photos of the van. Highly recommend.
