We had a wonderful Journey in Thailand.
Drivers is so friendly and nice. We all have a very pleasant journey with Thanit and Mr. Choo. Thank you both of them for being so patient to us. **We are very noisy and plans keep changing.. Lol! ?
Mr. Choo even prepared cut fruits as snacks for us. Really appreciated.

The liaison and arrangement before the trip was smooth and fuss-free. We were impressed by the service provided by the driver who came on time to pick us up. Will definitely choose Bangkok Beyond if we need tour services in Bangkok again.

As usual Frank was very prompt to reply to all our queries. The driver assigned to us (Khun Ampon) was very accommodating. He patiently look for places for us to dine and allow us to change the schedule and itinerary. He stocked up the ice box every day with cold beverages and mineral water on his own expense. Tony who is handling the operation is always very quick to response when we 'what's app' him. He is manning the 'hot line' and will attend to you real time. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

I've used Frank's team twice now in two months and always have great service. I was almost ripped off by a fake tour guide near the Royal Palace but my driver Sanit made sure to tell the fraud away! I always feel safe and the staff is friendly!

It was my first time using Bangkok Beyond's service. I booked a van for 5 days bringing us for sightseeing within Bangkok and Hua Hin. I was fully satisfied with their service - very reliable, clean and comfortable vehicle, very nice and punctual driver (Chock). I would definitely recommend this company to all of my friends.

Booked a mini bus for 8 persons.
The driver was a very knowledgeable and fantastic person.
He is always willing to move from places to place even request for night.
He is always on time.
The vehicle is clean and cosy during our long journey.
We had a great time during our travel.

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

They were very informative, clear, and detailed oriented during our planning process. We wanted to travel to a few locations outside Bangkok (Ayutthaya/Amphawa) and Cherry was very responsive in communicating and responding to all my questions. I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. The van was super clean, very comfortable.I will definitely book Bangkok Beyond again on future needs for ride service. Thank you Cherry and team, keep up the good work!
I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

We had an amazing driver who we felt safe with and a modern and well-kept van. Our driver helped us find authentic restaurants along the way and assisted with every other request of ours. He also spoke very good English. We highly recommend Bangkok Beyond's services to everyone looking for a fantastic experience of Thailand.

Service was excellent.
You were very clear in planning my trip, the car was very comfortable, and the driver Thong was really friendly and attentive to all our needs.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Having the comfort and safety of our own private van made our trip so much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this service and especially Suma and Cherry – they made our experience in Bangkok truly memorable.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!

Thoroughly impressed by our driver, his driving, punctuality, communication over WhatsApp, and knack for finding noodles in the middle of nowhere. Bangkok Beyond were prompt, cost effective, and communicated clearly - including accurate photos of the van. Highly recommend.
