Travel with this company truly awesome. Frank whom I communicated with, he always reply my email within 24 hours and give good suggestions eventhough our trip just one day trip. The driver, Mr, Tony is kind and friendly person. The car that had been provided was nice, clean and convenient. Will definitely book with this company again.

Bangkok Beyond is truly worth your time if you're visiting Bangkok. You'll have the peace of mind knowing that their services are very professional and courteous. Frank Are Munkvold was the first person I communicated with via email and I was truly impressed. The communication was within 24 hours and extremely professional. They pride themselves in ensuring that you have a pleasant experience in Bangkok. I truly felt at ease knowing that Mr. Paramsin (aka Joe), our chauffeur, took care of us. My friend and I could go wherever we wanted and whenever we wanted within Bangkok and the time frame allocated for services. I look forward to my next visit to Bangkok where I will happily use Bangkok Beyond's services. It will be an additional plus if I manage to get Mr. Paramsin (Joe) as my guide again.

Our family had a terrific 4 days in Bangkok and surrounds using this service. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver was always on time, polite, accommodating and flexible. It is a great way for individuals, families or small groups to get around and do exactly whatever personalised itinerary they plan. I would recommend this service which is very reasonably priced.

Car had always cold iced towels that were very helpful every time we got back inside the car after the hot weather

Loved this company! They were willing to work with our sightseeing itinerary and we booked them for three days to take us to interesting sights outside of town. The driver was always on time and courteous, the van was immaculate and super cool AC which was welcome between stops. They even provided water. Our driver could also recommend restaurant stops and took us to a delightful riverside restaurant while visiting the ruins. Everything ran exactly as contracted and the rate was lower than booking from a hotel. This company was great!

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!

We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

We had an excellent experience with the private van service from Bangkok Beyond.First up, Cherry and her administrative team were excellent. They were very informative, clear, and detailed oriented during our planning process. We wanted to travel to a few locations outside Bangkok (Ayutthaya/Amphawa) and Cherry was very responsive in communicating and responding to all my questions. I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. The van was super clean, very comfortable.I will definitely book Bangkok Beyond again on future needs for ride service. Thank you Cherry and team, keep up the good work!

I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

We booked a van with driver with Bangkok Beyond for our 9-day family trip around Thailand in April / May 2022 with Bangkok Beyond and were extremely happy with every aspect of the booking process and the trip itself. We had an amazing driver who we felt safe with and a modern and well-kept van. Our driver helped us find authentic restaurants along the way and assisted with every other request of ours. He also spoke very good English. We highly recommend Bangkok Beyond's services to everyone looking for a fantastic experience of Thailand.
