I have booked 3 days trip in Phu Tub Buek and our driver did a really great job. He suggested many scenic views and attractions to us. Moreover, the driver is on time, patient and very helpful. However, the only unsatisfactory is that they didn't contact me with driver detail and reconfirmation of the booking until I asked them. It is already one day before my flight to Thailand and the company promised me that they will keep in touch with me 3 days before my trip. Overall, it is a quite good experience with Bangkokbeyond and I will absolutely book with them for my next trip to Thailand.

Great tour from beginning to end, 10 out of 10. I screwed up when initially booked, Frank was incredibly accommodating, found us a evening tour the next night, if I forgot to say it ,Thank You.
Our guide and driver made this an unforgettable experience, professional, knowledgeable and fun. The flower market was a pleasant surprise, never expected this is something we would both like so much.

It was a pleasure dealing with Bangkok Beyond for our sightseeing trip in and around Bangkok. Frank did an immense job organising our itinerary and seamlessly communicated throughout. We were made so comfortable, right from airport pickup, sightseeing trips and airport drop off. The price quoted was one of the best with no surprises. The drivers were courteous, punctual and the cars were new. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

A perfect day with Bangkokbeyond for one day outside Bangkok. Driver on time at the hotel and very nice with our big family (5 children). Weather not good with rain and thunderstorms. Arriving at destination, Pantchanaburi, elephant riding very nice. Due to weather, we cancel Erawan waterfalls. Driver purpose us to see the river kwai train and drive us for a wonderfull experience and restaurant. Back to Bangkok for a little visit inside the city, with a big traffic and back to the hotel. A nice last day in Thailand with many things seen and a very sympatic driver.

We requested a customized itinerary from Bangkok to Ayutthaya, with 4 stops including a restaurant off the beaten path. Our driver Samer arrived in a large, clean van equipped with iced water. He was prompt at pick up and available whenever we were ready to move on. He was courteous, drove well and with certainty. Our 10-hour reservation ended perfectly when we were dropped back off at the hotel 9.75 hours later. Samer and the dispatcher Frank both gave us a high level of confidence and I would not hesitate working with them again the next time we visit Bangkok.

We were met at our ship on time, actually a bit early. Our guide and driver were very professional and friendly. All admissions were covered. In our case, we completely changed our itinerary. Our guide got on the phone with Frank and arranged everything in a matter of minutes. Showing us all the great photo locations was great. Keeping us away from crowds was a bonus. We highly recommend this company. Wish we could have stayed longer so we could have done another tour with them.

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

Service was excellent.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!
