Our driver Paisan is very good, gave detailed commentary along the way to Meaklong Train Market and gave good suggestions on where to go the rest of the day. But nothing beats the prompt and attentive response from Frank when we were busy discussing options with him via email while shopping in BKK central. I'll recommend Bangkok Beyond's professional service to anyone who needs help navigating around Bangkok.

Frank was excellent in communicating via email.
Due to traveling in a group, our itinerary is constantly changing. Frank was patient and our queries remain promptly replied.
Our driver was friendly and spoke English quite well.
No issues on the road.

We order driver service for 3 full days(1-3Sept), 10 persons. The assigned driver, Arkom is a very good driver. He is polite, patient, considerate and friendly. The car is clean and safe. I will recommend my friend in the future. Thanks for great service!

GREAT EXPERIENCE, we contact them just few days before going to thailand, our initial driver let us down and we were lost with very important business meetings, in two days we had to go to meet a lot of people in different areas of bangkok and some even outside bangkok. I explained everything to Frank over an email before and they advised us on the schedule, they organised the best road for us to take in advance, our driver was very polite and was on time every and each time. Everything went smooth and we could achieve all our objectives on time. Will definetely use their services again.. RESPECTFUL EFFICIENT AND AFFORDABLE I highly recommand Bangkokbeyond for everyone visiting Thailand!!!

Bangkok Beyond has been really professional and reliable!
We already knew what we wanted to visit, so we were looking for a car with a driver for a couple of days near by Bangkok. We contacted Frank and Cherry by e-mail to arrange the renting and they helped me adjusting the plans I had in mind. We payed a little deposit in advance (1000 baht) and the rest in cash the first day of our renting. The driver Thanit arrived on time both days. The first day we visited the Damnoen Saduak floating market and surrounding and Thanit suggested us some more places to visit in order to get the most of our experience in Thailand. The second day we visited Ayutthaya and Thanit helped us to arrange the tour among the many temples. He has been a perfect driver. Thank you Bangkok Beyond!

Bangkok and Beyond has offered me unexpected and excellent service level. I have been visiting Thailand for last 15 years or so and have never found this type of service level in Thailand.
Mr. Frank responded to me in a very timely manner, the driver Jo was excellent, knowledgeable and unusually safe driver.
I have no hesitation to recommend their service to anyone.

Communicate with Frank via email and whats app, he answer everything i need to know and also suggest better trip/route.
I go with 28 group members divided into 3 vans on August 11 - 13, 2017. All cars were good and fresh. Only one minor issue, according to passenger, van 1 driver (white ones, with AT transmision) is not to smooth in driving, only a little brake in bad road.
The other two driver are very nice and good, Sam and Akhom (or maybe Akom). we also get complimentary mineral water in the van.
Some 5-10 minutes late is not a problem, because the traffic is also very bad when we were there.
I give Bangkok Beyond 8.5 out of 10.

Thank you for answering all our queries Sir Frank. Me and my friends really enjoyed our tour in Ayutthaya, Pattaya and Bangkok City.
We also would like to commend Mr. Supot for taking care of us on our 4 days trip in Thailand. He patiently wait for us, punctual and he's fun to be with (he tells us stories about Thailand, and recommend places where tourists and locals loves to go to, that's why we're excited on our next visit and hopefully he will be our driver again). I chanced upon Bangkok Beyond on google. I needed 2 vans to accommodate a big group for my clients and the date of the trip was nearing. Cherry was very efficient, responded to all my emails swiftly and arranged everything effortlessly. Our lead driver Amporn was punctual and my clients had a great time. I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!
