With many good feedback & reviews from TripAdvisor and their fb, I decide to book my day trip to khao yai with Bangkok Beyond.
Cherry provide me with good advise on my planning for my khao yai day trip and also able to offer me some good discount tickets.
Our driver is Tong, he come on time & his car is clean & comfortable. His driving i feel safe, my mum & been sleeping very well in his car for the 2.5hr trip to khao yai. He can speak very well English too.
I will definitely recommend their services to my friends and also book them for my future trip to Bangkok.

I chanced upon Bangkok Beyond while doing a Google search for companies who offered van rental services. Replies to my queries about their services were prompt (within a day) and prices were also very reasonable.
On the days that were hired the van, Uncle Samer (our driver) was extremely punctual and would always be found in our hotel lobby waiting for us and the places where we went. The van was also very comfortable and well maintained.

I am leaving in bangkok and we book a minivan for a trip with childrens.Everything was perfect. The stafff is very professional, answer quickly and give us all the information we have requested. The driver was very nice, and reliable, the minivan was clean, in perfect condition and all the seat bell were working, which is unfortunatly not always the case in thailande. Highly recommend the services of Bangkok Beyond. We have used them for 2 days during our trip to Bangkok. First day going to Pattaya and second day within Bangkok. Mr. Frank was always answering our queries and the fees are very clear without any confusion.
Our driver Samer speaks very good english. He was on time, very nice and polite. The van was clean and water bottles always available. Van is with very good AC. We were very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit Bangkok and we will certainly use them again if we visit Thailand again.

I was looking to travel out of Bangkok to Pattaya (Cartoon Network Amazon Park) for a day during our trip. I chanced upon Bangkok Beyond while doing a Google search for companies who offered van rental services. Frank replied to my queries about their services were swift (within a day or) and the prices were also very reasonable. On the day we hired car, Sanit (our driver) was extremely punctual and was at our hotel lobby waiting for us.The van was also very comfortable and well maintained, it was very clean as well. This was my first trip to Bangkok with my friends (6 of us in total) and we were looking to travel out of Bangkok for some days of our trip. We contracted with Bangkok Beyond on one of our “free days” from our main tour of Thailand. We reserved a van for 12 and had a pretty extensive itinerary. Mr.Thanit, our driver, was prompt and was mindful of our schedule and the different places we wanted to visit. He arrived at our hotel early and kept us on pace to be sure we got to go everyplace we wanted to go. We highly recommend them.

We were great to use Bangkok Beyond service to Suan Phueng and Khao Yai. we had a great trip and big thanks to Mr Preecha, who did take good care of us, even he was being informed for the replacement from the duty at very last minute. Well organized and greatly appreciated.

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

We wanted to travel to a few locations outside Bangkok (Ayutthaya/Amphawa) and Cherry was very responsive in communicating and responding to all my questions. I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.
We booked a van with driver with Bangkok Beyond for our 9-day family trip around Thailand in April / May 2022 with Bangkok Beyond and were extremely happy with every aspect of the booking process and the trip itself. We had an amazing driver who we felt safe with and a modern and well-kept van. Our driver helped us find authentic restaurants along the way and assisted with every other request of ours. He also spoke very good English. We highly recommend Bangkok Beyond's services to everyone looking for a fantastic experience of Thailand.

Service was excellent.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!

Thoroughly impressed by our driver, his driving, punctuality, communication over WhatsApp, and knack for finding noodles in the middle of nowhere. Bangkok Beyond were prompt, cost effective, and communicated clearly - including accurate photos of the van. Highly recommend.
