Cherry is very professional. She replied to my email promptly and arranged everything neatly. The airport transfers both airport/hotel were smooth and sound. The trip to Khao Yai was superb. Kids were having fun. Driver also politely attend to our request. Overall we had a very good experience with Bangkok Beyond. Well done!

We (a family of 4) used Beyond Bangkok for a transfer from Khao Yai to Koh Chang. ?We had a good experience with the driver Mumu. He drove carefully and was very accommodating during the whole trip. Frank was responding fast to my questions and the experience was flawless. Well done! I highly recommend this service for any transfer in Thailand.

My experience with the company was extremely smooth and reassuring! Firstly, Cherry replied to all my emails promptly and even went into the details, highlighting possible hiccups in my self-made itinerary. She pretty much was the deciding factor why I chose Bangkok Beyond as all the other agencies paled in comparison.
Thereafter, Mr Supoj (our driver/guide) was also extremely safe, patient and caring to my whole family of 7 (including a wheelchair bound elderly). He took up the task of bringing up and down the wheelchair from the van all the time, always with a smile on his face. He acceded and provided options whenever my family changed our itinerary. He made sure we got a good price and was not cheated when my kid wanted a ride on a tuk tuk.

We had 17 people in our group arriving in Bangkok for 3 days, and 2 night. Bangkok Beyond (Frank) did a wonderful job on arranging 2 vans to pick us up at the airport, and helping with customizing our tours for Bangkok. Frank was very prompt in responding back to me with question or concern that I had. The tour guide and the drivers spoke very good English. Our group was very happy with both drivers. Mr. Thanit, our main driver even have a spare phone for us to use, since one of our member's phone did not work over at Bangkok. That was very helpful. I have used many transportation service from other countries before, and in comparison with Bangkok Beyond. I highly recommend Bangkok Beyond and would use there service again and again.

the best company I have found in Bangkok .. the drivers are very professional calm and very good drivers, very polite and smiling.
the driver always arrived on time at the RV of departure. the cars are clean and well maintained. a good service in English.

I planned a tour for my 16 club members to Khao Yai and Bangkok. Found out about Bangkok beyond in the net. Mr Frank was very helpful in answering all my concerns and provided all the arrangements with the 2 van drivers. Drivers were punctual and they were accommodating to where we want to go. I have used Bangkok Beyond twice now, and can highly recommend their efficiency, reliability and commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The communication with them, via Cherry, was professional and friendly.
My first trip was a 2-day visit to Kanchanaburi with my family, in the care of Samer, the driver. We were able to relax in the comfy, air conditioned van, while Samer drove us everywhere, taking us to good restaurants and cheerfully answering all our questions.
My second trip was a day's visit with a friend to Ayutthaya, with Thong as our driver. Despite our hotel being notoriously difficult to find, Thong was there bang on time and looked after us brilliantly. It was a boiling hot day and he made sure to stay close by with the air conditioned car so that we could escape the heat whenever we needed. Knowing we couldn't eat spicy food, he ordered our lunch for us at a riverside restaurant. And when we decided to change the itinerary due to the heat, and asked for a boat ride instead of the other thing we'd planned, he was able to organise this cheerfully and quickly.

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!

I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

Service was excellent.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!

Thoroughly impressed by our driver, his driving, punctuality, communication over WhatsApp, and knack for finding noodles in the middle of nowhere. Bangkok Beyond were prompt, cost effective, and communicated clearly - including accurate photos of the van. Highly recommend.
