We went on a trip from Bangkok/Chiangmai/Chiangrai/Lampang and back to Bangkok. The whole journey was indeed very pleasant as all of us were very pleased with your driver, Mr. Paisal. He was a very responsible and safe driver. Although it was a tiring journey, he gladly acceded to all our request willingly. The smiles on his face could tell his sincerity in trying to make us happy. That really made our trip enjoyable. Thank you ! Mr. Frank & Mr Paisal.

It has been a great experience. If you are looking for top quality service, reliable then don't look forward Frank and his team are the answer.
My trip consisted of pick up and drop off to airport, pick up from Hotel to watch Calypso show and drop off and day out outside Bangkok.
I liked the experience from the very beginning. Frank has been extremely responsive in answering quotation request via whatsup. You will be requested a deposit payment at the beginning and you should not worry about It, it is fair for both parties. The payment is via PayPal and there are no additional charges .
I had a wonderful driver for all the three days, Sarner. His English is very good and again Whatsup communications worked very well.
The Vans are clean a reliable.
Strongly recommend this company if you are looking to have a hassle free transport solution in Bangkok. Note they also help you to purchase tickets at main tourist sites.

Hired a car and driver (Mr. Surat) for a day trip to Pattaya with my father. Despite contacting by email 2 days before the intended travel date, I was able to make a booking very easily. Mr. Surat was friendly and arrived on time with a clean car. He helped take photos of us and offered suggestions of what to do in Pattaya. Great experience with Bangkok Beyond overall. Would not hesitate to book again.

Before I confirm the trip, I have asked for a number of questions and Anne of Bangkok beyond responded to me quickly and patiently. I have booked a 10-hr day trip to Khao Yai and the driver Phu arrived hotel to pick us up before the scheduled time. He is polite, friendly and acted as our interpreter when we bought fruit from the local people. I really enjoyed this trip and found Bangkok beyond a highly reliable company.

My husband and I booked with Bangkok Beyond for 3 days 2 nights Khao Kho trip early this month. We were very happy and satisfied with Mr Surat, our driver. He was always very professional, attentive and always on time ready to drive us around. Mr Surat also a very good driver. He really knows the road and drive at safe speed. We will recomend Bangkok Beyond to our friends and relatives.

Highly recommend Beyond Bangkok. Tony was our driver for our day trip from Bangkok to Ayutthaya and he was GREAT and sincere in accommodating us in our requests throughout the day. He was already waiting for us at the hotel lobby ahead of pickup time. He was careful in his driving and always gave good tips of what would be a good place to visit and what not. We had more time that what we had planned for and he was flexible to take us to other nearby places and waited for us.

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

We wanted to travel to a few locations outside Bangkok (Ayutthaya/Amphawa) and Cherry was very responsive in communicating and responding to all my questions. I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!
