We are a group comprising 7 family members, with age range from 7 years old to 75 years old, from Kuching Sarawak, Malaysia.

We found Bangkokbeyond while browsing through internet to find a reliable tour agency to make arrangement for our tour in Bangkok in December 2014. We sent request to Frank and he responded pretty fast to our request and had provided various tour options for our consideration.

Our package with Bangkokbeyond included pick up from/to airport, tour to floating market, railway market, safari world and river cruise dinner, and they were quoted at reasonable price.

Our driver Mr Ampon and our tour guide, Ms Bennie, were very helpful throughout the entire trip. One of our family members, at age of 75, fell down at Safari World. Ms Bennie handled the incident professionally and has been very helpful in providing assistance to us.

It is reasonably priced as compared to other companies. Frank was prompt in his service and always readily answers my questions.

The driver, Thanit, that allocated to us was very accommodating to our requests. He is also polite and friendly, and he always gets down to help my wheelchair bound grandmother whenever we needed to alight. Punctuality wise, he was also always on time.

We booked Bangkok and Beyond for a one day trip from Kanchanaburi to the floating markets and shopping in Bangkok, and then a 3 day trip from Bangkok to Chiang Mai with stops in Ayutthaya, Sukhothai and Si Satchanalai. We are so grateful for the incredible service we received over those four days. We had Tong for the first several days, and after a family emergency, he was replaced with Tai who was equally as friendly and attentive. We always felt very safe and well taken care of plus we were pampered with cold waters and wet wipes after hot sweaty sightseeing. I would recommend this company without reservation. From the beginning, Frank was so friendly and helpful with creating our itinerary and patient with my questions. This is a wonderful company!

Thank you Frank for your quick response to all my queries, giving me good advice throughout. I had booked a full day van hire to bring me to Floating Market, Grand Palace and Chinatown. Frank offered to hire a boat at a much lower cost then i would have hired on my own on arrival. Our driver, Sam spoke English and was knowledgeable, giving nice, friendly and helpful throughout. He was also very patient when we made changes to go to fruit market instead of Chinatown. I would highly recommend Beyond Bangkok for your travel in Thailand.

We booked a 10 days trip in Thailand (Bangkok, Kanchanaburi, Ayutthaya, Sukothai, Tha Ton, Chiang Rai, Golden Triangle, Chiang Mai) with Bangkokbeyond and the service was just perfect. After 4 days our first driver, Tong, had to leave us for family reasons but the next day he was replaced by our second driver Thai.
Both of them were very friendly and did a great job. They where always on time, even earlier then scheduled. If we ever return to Thailand again to visit the east and the south we would choose their service again.

We've used Bangkok Beyond many times over the last couple of years. Without exception the drivers are safe, friendly, reliable and have good knowledge of the area we happen to be in. It seems too good be true but when I check prices with similar operators, Bangkok Beyond are always cheaper. Frank is responsive on email and very good at checking and confirming exactly what our requirements are.
I can unhesitatingly recommend their service for any tour or trip in Thailand.

Traffic was bad in Bangkok, so we were glad that we booked bangkokbeyond's van service to bring my family of 14 pax around. It was very much easier for us to travel around in that kind of traffic and heat, especially with 3 kids and a toddler. Booked 3 days in total with Frank who was very helpful and prompt in his email replies. Our driver Paisal was great! He was always at our service residence very early. He drove safely (which we really appreciate), very accommodating, nice and easy to talk to (though not very fluent English). Van was very clean and comfortable. Thumbs up!

We booked for a 2 days trip between Bangkok and Chiang Mai with bangkokbeyond, with stops in Ayutthaya and Sukhothai. We were satisfied by our driver, we had no problem to communicate with him and he gave us some advice on which temples were worth visiting or not. He adapted the program according to our wishes (departure time in the morning, additional stops on the road, for sightseeing or for lunch). Also the car was very comfortable. So even if you can probably find cheaper drivers, we recommend you contact Frank, he will help you find the best program for your trip

I and group numbering 12 people, most of us are elderly. We booked a tour to Bangkok Beyond from start to pick up to the airport and drove back to the airport. I did an online subscriber, Cherry was very patient with my order changing change. Cherry gives good service and patient considering our group is elderly.
We stayed in bangkok for 5 days and we really enjoyed our day in Bangkok. We were picked up by Tony at the airport. They always pick the right time and easy to communicate.
