This is the second time that I have used Bangkok Beyond. We had a transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Lop Buri booked in advance of our arrival in Thailand. The service before leaving home was good - we had an e-mail a couple of days before leaving telling us our drivers name and where to meet him. The driver was in the exact place we had been told, was polite, the car was good and the whole experience very good.

From 15th Feb 2016 to 22nd Feb 2016, I have visited Thailand (Bangkok) with my family from China for a week.
I rented the van from bangkokbeyond.com and found it extremely comfortable. The van was spacious and nicely equipped with cleanly new seats.
The driver (Khun Thanit) was well conversant in English. He was always reached our hotel before time and waited for us at sightseeing with patience.
We did not find any problem at all from booking the van till the completion of our tour with the management and staff of bangkokbeyond.com. I highly recommend this service for small and large families.

My driver to Ayutthaya trip is P Senit. He is a very friendly and patient driver. We feel very safe in his car. The car conditions is good too. He came earlier than we expected. Senit is so caring where is bought us some cold water after our long walk under the hot sun. He gave me very good information about the place we should go. Although we keep changing our plan, he is very patient and do according to what we like.

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

They were very informative, clear, and detailed oriented during our planning process. We wanted to travel to a few locations outside Bangkok (Ayutthaya/Amphawa) and Cherry was very responsive in communicating and responding to all my questions. I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.
We booked a van with driver with Bangkok Beyond for our 9-day family trip around Thailand in April / May 2022 with Bangkok Beyond and were extremely happy with every aspect of the booking process and the trip itself. We had an amazing driver who we felt safe with and a modern and well-kept van. Our driver helped us find authentic restaurants along the way and assisted with every other request of ours. Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!
