My family had a great time during our trip to Pattaya and Kachanaburi. Our driver, Amnuay, is always very punctual and attentive on our needs. He is always there waiting for us when we needed him, and always brought water for us to drink. He also acted as our tour guide showing us the different historical facts of the site we visit.

My Family and I had a wonderful time in the safe hands of Bangkokbeyond team, during our trip to River Kwai and Pattaya. Their services are professional, highly committed and punctual. The vehicles were in good condition. Our drivers - Samer & Tony are both extremely good at their job and made us feel very comfortable throughout the day.

We hired a a van and driver from Bangkok Beyond for our trip to Maeklong Railway Market, Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and an elephant camp. Our driver, Ae was really punctual and being really patient with us especially with the amount of time we have spent in the floating market.
Before we went back to Bangkok, he dropped us at a place in which he bought us some fish food and lead us to feed the fish and pigeons around. This is an extra initiative from our driver and we were having fun with the activity.
Bangkok Beyond also offering a discounted fees for our boat and elephant ride in which we really appreciate.
I would definitely recommend this company to others.

We had an eight hour layover in Bangkok, Thailand and we had wanted to see more of Bangkok before returning home. We researched different tour companies and chose a private english speaking driver to organize a quick tour.
Ong was very professional and was always on time from the time he picked us up from the airport to dropping us off at the international airport.
Ong had planned a private river tour on a longboat and we saw all the sights on the river and canal.
We then were taken to MBK for a little shopping and dinner before going to the airport.
I would highly recomend this company to anyone visiting Bangkok for the first time.

We hired a van and driver for full 2 days to travel within Bangkok .
The driver was polite, friendly and responsible. He waited patiently for us to do our shopping and told us where to wait for him, he is punctual as well. On our 2nd last day we even book the driver for extra 2 hrs to drive us out to somewhere for dinner.
On the last day my friend hurt her leg, when reaching the airport the rest of us get down frm the van to arrange all the necessary arrangement for my injured friend before boarding the flight, he waited patiently with my injured friend in the van and helped us to carry her up and down the van as my friend is not those light and small weight gal. Really very touch.
Even though the driver english is not very fluent but we still manage to communicate with him well and we even learn some thai language from him.. Really friendly driver. 🙂

Travelling with students on a study trip is often not the easiest of task with each of them having different ideas of where they want to go and what they would like to see.
Frank has made it so much easier and with convincing clarity provided ease of travel with minimum travel time to most places. We got to see all that we wanted accompanied with the professionalism and courtesy of his driver.

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!

I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!
