I like to thank Frank to set up our shore excursion. We have 27 people going to cruise. He patiently to fit in our requests.
We have three drivers , Tony was the lead driver, they greeted us as soon as we arrived the pier. Tony speaks good English, although the other two can only speak little English. They are very friendly and alway smile. Tony is very helpful, alway make out of his way to help us. We love the elephant ride and massage with great price. We have requested night market shopping, they were willing to stay for us. Good recommendation of shopping spot. Only disappointed were, we didn't have enough time to look around. We highly recommend bangkokbeyond to anybody. Thanks Tony , the other two drivers and Frank. You guys made our trip memorable.

Would like to Frank and our driver tony for the great service you provided. It was our first visit to Bangkok and have to say we were not disappointed. Our driver Tony was fantastic, greeted us each day with a smile, could speak very good English and told us about the sites we visited, guiding us along the way of were to go etc. Tony was very accommodating to our requests and would recommend your professional services for any visit to Bangkok.

Bangkok Beyond was very responsive to my reservation request. The driver arrived on time and, even though it was a new property, already researched how to get there even before I provided a map. The driver, Kai, was also very courteous and easy to communicate with.

Cherry who coordinated our booking was patient in replying to my queries/request. I have booked a day (7-8 hours) to Maeklong Railway Market and Damnoen Saduak Floating market and another day to Ayutthaya. Both days with different driver, Tony and Mee who spoke English and punctual to pick us from our hotel. They are also accommodating to our requests. Had a great time exploring both the different attractions. Thank you.

Used your driver for transfers early in morning and then back to hotel at lunch time, he was friendly and on time.
Later that night he took us out to watch some live music and then took us back to our hotel very late, he was very accommodating and friendly at all times.

I have visited thailand with my mum and in law. I have contacted beyond bangkok very last min ..a week before departure.
Cherry was very patient with me and tried her best to help me with the Iti planning. Bell, the driver is courteous and friendly. With him around we feel safe in bangkok.
My family member had an enjoyable time.

This is second time I was travelling with family in Bangkok, and thanks Frank and Tony gave me more help and best arrangement. Tony is very kindly and good communication person. He understand every detail with my 9 person group, with the old person and children.
