Frank very understanding and easy to communicate and also well known what the guest needed n requested and even the driver he recommended are very trustful , kind , knowing of English very well and friendly..all my friends a very satisfied with his services and they hope to back again at Bangkok next time without any fear with cares of bangkokbeyond.com services given during their visited and they all enjoy it very much..thks franks ..will deal with u again soon.

It was my 1st time organsing a trip and also my kids 1st time to Thailand. Cherry was noce and was able to answer to all my question giving all the information i needed. The driver(Samer) assign to me was also very good. Arriving before time and helpful. Will definitely use their service again and intro to my friends.

Went to Bangkok for only 1 night and had Tai as my driver. Very impressed with the fact that he had two bottles of water ready for me in the car to quench my thirst! He was also patient with the fact that I arrived at my hotel half an hour late due to customs. He sent me off to my destination and also the airport very promptly and was very nice even though his command of English wasn't that excellent. Would recommend Bangkok Beyond to anyone needing a driver!

Anyone familiar with the nature of tours in this and many other regions of the world will understand just how great this service is. The driver picked us up on time, drove us safely and professionally directly to where we wanted to go and **only** where we wanted to go, was always precisely where we needed him to be when we had finished our stops and drove us safely and professionally directly back to our hotel.
It was everything we could have possible wanted from a day tour and nothing more. (Note that in the more tourist dependent areas, it doesn't take too long in the low season to get quite tired of being asked whether Mister wants to buy something, which is why the respite for an entire day was so warmly welcomed. We were also quite a self-sufficient group, so a driver who either knew when to play it low key or was naturally reserved suited us perfectly.)

We are group of 14 people and are satisfied with the service offered by Bangkok and Beyond. Our driver, Mr Thanit and Mr Aunam (if I spell it correctly) was very helpful and punctual during our 3 days with them. For those of you who need to rent the car/van during your trip to Thailand, don't hesitate to contact them. And Cherry from bangkok and beyond was really helpful and prompt in replying my emails. I will definitely use this company again during our second trip in the future. Many thanks to Bangkok and Beyond, great job, we are all SATISFIED!

We have 10 adults and 2 kid in total, traveled from Bangkok to Hua Hin and back to Bangkok. We booked van for airport pickup and transfer, also full day inside Bangkok and outside Bangkok in our 4 days journey. The price is very reasonable. And many thanks to Mr. Tee, he has provided great services during our trip. The van is comfortable and we definitely will Choose this company for our next trip in Bangkok again will recommend to my friends.

I would definitely recommend Bangkok Beyond for any trip you need to make. My first trip was booked through another company and was terrifying. I.e. five hours with a taxi driver that fell asleep three times and who did not speak English, so I could not keep him awake by talking. After this experience, I did not want to take any risk anymore, and booked my transfer to the airport with Bangkok Beyond. Just for this short transfer I got a driver, Jackris, who spoke English, loved his job, was well rested, and drove safely. Definitely worth the money to be safe in Thailand traffic!
We had a great one-day tour to kanchanaburi with guide Tao and driver Sam. From booking to the actual tour, no hiccups and everything went smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to beyond bangkok. The 12-hour trip to the death railway and hellfire pass was excellent. Highly recommend beyond bangkok for their service.

I appreciate the upfront cost and breakdown of the pricing structure for our trip. The travel voucher with summary breakdown is an excellent touch which made everything official and kept us at ease. The quick response from her team via email communication prior to my arrival to Thailand really gave me a peace of mind.Additionally, the day of the trip was excellent since the driver (Sam and team) were professional and courteous. He gave a great assessment of our time at each sight seeing location, and overall very helpful. I hired Beyond Bangkok for a 5 full day driver and car. I requested an English speaking driver and provided an itinerary in advance. I also asked to have the driver escort me on the weekend market visit. Jackris, the driver, was outstanding. Polite, thoughtful, always on time (early), a great driver and a person I felt comfortable and safe with immediately. It was beyond great value and I recommend this service 100 percent. This alone made my visit to Bangkok an easy and seamless way to navigate a big city where I did not speak Thai. Thank you to Jackris and Alec who set everything up.

Had a great experience with Bangkok Beyond! Although i found them online, everything went very smooth. From the communication before my trip, until the pick up of the driver on the first day. Everything went perfect. Driver was always on time, courteous and took care of my family all the time.

We had the pleasure of having Suma as our driver during our recent two-day trip around Bangkok, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was not only an excellent and safe driver but also incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Suma went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our kids – they adored him! We truly believe he deserves a pay rise for the exceptional service he provided.
We also want to give a big thank you to Cherry, who helped us organise everything. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great Service , new car and best communication before and during our trip .
Our driver, Jo was an excellent driver . He speaks very good English and told us many things about Thailand, tradition and food . He took care of us also through wapp. We saw many temple which weren’t included in our itinerary .Beat driver ever !

We were a family of 6 which needed a ten-hour vehicle to take us around Bangkok. It was all worth it. The van was clean and well-kept, the driver (Supot) was very courteous and accommodating. At times, we have to leave our elderly mom and young nephew inside the van, when they got too tired for more walking. Supot took care of my family. Big thanks!

Thoroughly impressed by our driver, his driving, punctuality, communication over WhatsApp, and knack for finding noodles in the middle of nowhere. Bangkok Beyond were prompt, cost effective, and communicated clearly - including accurate photos of the van. Highly recommend.
